Once your order is shipped and delivery confirmation shows it was delivered our responsibility is over.
If it is lost, damaged, your mailman leaves it at the wrong address, leaves it at your door and someone picks it up, it gets carried away by a dog, picked up and carried away by a large bird, etc., there is nothing we can do about it. It becomes a point for argument with you and your local postal service.
You can protect your purchase by adding insurance coverage. Click on the amount of insurance you need to cover the amount of your purchase and it'll be added to your shopping cart and purchased at the time we purchase your postage and print your label. Signature confirmation can also be added to your purchase. If you live in area where you've had trouble before, this is a good option. Both are optional.

If an insurance claim is filed we cannot replace merchandise until the claim is finalized. For more info go to USPS.com.
